Q. 7 in the Activity Sheet will be for translation. It consists of following three activities:
इंग्रजी भाषांतर Translation (toc)
(a) Translation of English words into your medium of instruction (2 marks):
In this activity, 6 English words from your coursebook will be given. Out of them you have to translate any 4 words into your medium of instruction.
(b) Translation of English sentences into your medium of instruction (2 marks):
In this activity. 4 English sentences will be given. Out of them you have to write translation of any 2 sentences. Translate the sentences meaningfully.
(c) Translation of the idiom/proverb into your medium of instruction (1 mark): In this activity, 2 idioms/proverbs in English will be given. Out of them you have to translate any one of them into your medium of instruction. While translating use equivalent idiom or proverb prevailing in your medium of instruction.
Translation marking scheme:
(a) Any 4 out of 6 words from the Coursebook : (Translation from English into medium of instruction) : 02 marks
(b) Any 2 out of 4 sentences : (Translation from English into medium of instruction): 02 marks
(c) Any 1 out of 2 idioms/proverbs : 1 marks
Total = 5 Mark's .
